I have had a great experience with Unity Path except with Freshsta. There was a mistake with my policy at the beginning, and she was supposed to fix it. I don't remember the exact issue, but this was something only someone who works in the industry would know. She blamed me somehow. Use this company, but steer clear of Freshsta.

I just signed up with Fresca today. She was really helpful, got me the best price for my car. I just started it today, so we will see how Aspire goes. But Unity Path Insurance staff was friendly and helpful every time I called and asked questions. I like how she broke down what the price was and how it works. And she even got me roadside assistance, which is a plus. I will rate it again in around 6 months, just to make sure I get a really good feel overall. For now it was a good experience.

I signed up for insurance using unity path after getting outrageous quotes from other big name companies that just weren’t reasonable. BEWARE! If these guys call you claiming they will “save you money” on your insurance: STEER CLEAR! I was promised a rate of $194 a month (only $20 less than my current auto insurance) so I said why not, and went forward with it. Fast forward a month later: I see a charge for over $400 on my bank statement!!! They doubled my premium WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW!!! When I called and spoke to Freshta on the phone she acted like it wasn’t her fault that it was my fault.

Worst insurance experience I’ve ever had. Fresca specifically is willing to rip anyone off. Owed me a refund and it took me a whole year to get it because she was working from home due to covid and knew I couldn’t come in person. Then she charged my mother in law insurance on my car after I removed it from the policy for 6 months!!! And then didn’t want to give my mother in law her refund. I had to call and bother them every single day. Scammers.
