I dont know which lady I spoke to but she had no sense in helping me on my policy…. Her tone sounded as if she was in a rush …. I asked her to help me figure out something dealing with my policy and nothing… why do you work in customer service if you’re going to be ghetto and unproductive for the customer… sounding all annoyed you’re there… ima call again and get my money back Unprofessional as hell I’m taking my business where is appreciated, and respected as it should be

Worst experience ever trying to cancel my insurance policy. I wish I could gave no stars whatsoever. So I sold my car and I simply wanted to cancel the insurance. The first call the lady told me that I need registration of the new owner or that I NEEDED to do something with my tag (taking it to the DMV or getting a new car with it) before cancelling the policy (which is not like that at all, and besides I still don't know what my plans are with that tag) Either way I was able to get the registration of the new owners and I made a second call, they told me that now I needed the new insurance that they added to the car, to which I told them that I don't even know if the new owners put or wanted to put an insurance in their car, they told me to wait, I was on hold for 15 minutes before the call or pass away or was hang up. So I called a third time ( More angrier obviously) Thankfully Madge was the representative that help me this time. The only competent person over the place apparently. I told her what happened and that I already had the paper they told me that I needed and that for some reason they were making this harder than it should be. In no time, lest than 15 minutes I had in my email the paper that I needed to sign to cancel the policy and 2 minutes later the same one was cancelled. So if you guys want to have a great experience call and ask for Madge otherwise the people on this place are completely useless.

I don't know about staffers capability to speak English, which I can see is the most mentioned complaint in previous reviews, as I communicated to them in Spanish. What I can say based on my own experience is that people there demonstrated to be really professional, kind, and friendly. No complaints. So far I recommend this place 100%.

My mom paid for her car insurance cash in December. Paid January, paid February. February comes around and one of the girls calls my mom saying that apparently the store was short money because in December they weren’t paid and to show the reciept of the CASHHH PAYMEMT made 3 months prior. The girl admitted to have lost the money (or maybe stole the money) but still told my mom that if there was no reciept from us showing we paid them we would have to pay again! I have reported you guys to the BBB as well as insurance commissioner. You should hire more responsible people. I also asked for a manager/supervisor and was advised that is not the managers problem that she just needs a proof of payment. How does a well known franchise state they don’t have a manager available and that I can’t speak to one Incredible ! No professionalism what’s soo ever! Apparently they are known for stealing people’s money because of their yelp and google reviews.

They are the worst, completely messed up my policy insurance and lied on the application and lied to me to get me on board as a customer. Good luck finding someone who knows what they are speaking of and some English. Horrible service. Do not recommend, avoid at all costs.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS LOCATION FOR YOUR INSURANCE NEEDS. THESE LADIES ARE NOT TRAINED PROPERLY IN INSURANCE POLICIES AND HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT THEY NEED TO NOTATE ACCOUNTS FOR ACCOUNTABILITY. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. THE BELITTLE CUSTOMERS AND TREAT THEM LIKE GARBAGE WHEN THEY SHOULD KNOW WITH OUT CUSTOMERS THERE'S NO MONEY, NO PAYCHECKS. THIS ISN'T CUBA WHERE YOU CAN GIVE SOMEONE THE RUN AROUND, THINKING YOU'RE IN A POSITION OF POWER. YOU EAT BECAUSE I PAY MY BILL. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND I CURSE THE DAY MY CAR SALES PERSON REFERRED ME TO THEM. PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO FIND ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY OR FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO BECAUSE DEALING WITH THIS OFFICE AND THESE LADIES THAT WORK THERE (IF YOU CAN CALL IT THAT) WILL SHAVE YEARS FROM YOUR LIFE DUE TO THE FRUSTRATION. I HOPE THIS MESSAGE REACHES ANY PENDING VICTIMS. ABORT ABORT ABORT!
