UTUM in theory is a great idea. But they seem to be hiring incompetent staff over the years. Especially in the HR department. Additionally, the german mentality is rampant. The international outlook is just a show. I would say - Fingerweg, wether it is Job or you are doing a program. There are plenty of opportunities elsewhere.

Probably the most helpful people out there who only want to help you with your startup, for no charges. If you are in Munich and struggling for bootstrapping with your startup, contact these guys. They also organize many bootcamps. I attended XPLORE bootcamp and afterwards i had a better picture in my head about moving forward. Clear market opportunities and pitch preparations.
