USA sports is an excellent therapy clinic! I came in for my back pain and LE weakness and Dr. Alex Schwindeman has significantly improved my symptoms. I was having level 10 nerve pain and now I am back to doing my daily activity pain-free! I am so grateful for Dr. Alex and his staff for their help. This is the 3rd physical therapy facility I have come to address my problem but USA sports has been the only place to truly make a difference. I attribute this to Dr. Alex’s expertise and plan of care. He truly cares about his patients caters his treatment to my needs. I was recommended by my neurologist to come here and I am so glad I did. I can’t recommend Dr. Alex and USA sports enough!

I’ve been going to USA Sports Therapy for a little over a month now. All the therapy staff are incredibly knowledgeable. The reception staff are super kind and efficient. The clinic is the perfect combo of extremely professional and warm/caring. I want to say thank you to Kevin, Madison, Munia, Alyssa, Cora & Alex. You guys are amazing. And all the front desk staff are amazing too… thank you very much for making us feel at home, always with a warm smile. This place is a real find in Miami!!

Next level professionalism, i had been struggling with ITBS a running injury where i felt pain on the outside of my knee everytime i tried to run ( an overuse injury which occurred after a 20 mile run ). I tried other providers for 6 weeks and no relief or solution to my pain, until i came here and doctor eddie and doctor matt began shockwave therapy combined with chiropractic care. The treatment package was so worth it, finally after trying a bunch of providers i was able to find the guys who took the time to actually fix my injury instead of just guess working, dr Eddie went above and beyond. Dr Eddie has machines that ACTUALLY measure youre progress, so you get the feedback while you’re in treatment. Which for me as a runner is extremely helpful to gauge where I’m at in the recovery process.

If you’re hurt or injured this is the place to come and see Dr Eddie.

Dr Kessler is very assertive, always takes time to ask me questions and I trust that I will feel better after seeing him because he puts in the effort to heal his patients.
I’ve done acupuncture and chiropractic when seeing him and both worked really well. His knowledge is appreciated and he’s a really talented professional.

Dr. Kevin is truly remarkable at making his clients feel heard, safe, taken care of, and understood. I was diagnosed with 2 herniated discs in November. I was extremely anxious, and depressed because I have never had an injury that was this serious. He went above and beyond answering my constant text messages filled with anxiety (we had to joke about it because there were way too many), he made my physical therapy sessions very productive and taught me so many tools and exercises that I will do daily to help keep my core strength. You can tell him and his staff really care about their clients and want to make sure you are taken care of. Aaron is great with body work as well. They have everything available there including peptides, chiropractic care, a functional medicine doctor and more. I couldn’t recommend Kevin and this place enough to anyone who has an injury or just wants to take preventative measures.

Dr. Esposito was absolutely incredible to work with. His treatment practice and techniques are both thorough and accurate. He loosened all of the areas that held tension, especially in my neck and trapezius area and adjusted those areas back into alignment. He is experienced and excelente…most important, you can tell that he absolutely loves his work! I’d recommend him highly!
