I do not recommend this company. If you try to refinance out of them it is a complete nightmare. My dad tried getting a payoff for his loan and it took them 10 business days and caused him to lose his lock. They offered a rush for an extra $95 to print a document. They are incredibly difficult to get a hold of and their customer service is NOT good. They have excuses as to why they cant work or help. Please save yourself the time working with them. There are much better lenders out there that provide speed/ efficiency and better customer service. Also, ones that care about their clients.

Over the years, I have invested in multiple notes with Val-Chris, and my experience has been great. One of those went into foreclosure, but their team handled the entire process, the house was sold, and I got my investment back.
