Awful....was on phone since app 10am til 344p off & on on HOLD, each time recording announced waiting time up to 130+.!?*# I only have 1 car can't go in person right now. Now I may have $7 late fee due to bad service.

I visited this Branch on 3/16/2024 to inquire about my balance in my account. Upon Asking Teller he told me I was charged with 2 fees which is statement fee and checking account fee. I told him that I was not aware that the checking account I opened with the help of the “ Assistant Branch Manager” was going to get a fee. I was under the impression that if I kept a balance it would be free as I needed a second account open and heard great things about credit union. I asked the teller to engage a supervisor or manager and duty and all he did was reach a supervisor via email had me wait to just say no through email! The supervisor on duty didn’t even bother to come greet me face to face and said explain more just didn’t “Care” to give me the time of day. Overall my suggestion is to encourage coaching and emphasize to all employees that the customers always comes first! To think I was going to switch over my direct deposit and start credit at some point. This Branch lacks of professionalism and needs more coaching on how to be a winning branch.

Worst branch ever!!! First time going since long time, the man in the front so rude for no reason. Second time going the teller Jessica Navarro. I ask simple question about my account. She literally contradicted herself and didn’t have knowledge to a simple question.

I took out a loan here but I bank with Bank of America how do they expect me to switch banks when I don’t even feel welcome here the lady ally what an attitude she had what a stink face that was the worst employee from their I have seen it was horrible service that day dealing with her and the way she laughed with her coworker at me what a disgusting person to work their I don’t even feel like going back.

I always try not to visit this office in Port Hueneme because whenever I come they give me bad customer service. The lady who took care of me was nothing professional and had an attitude like mocking with other colleagues, that's why I don't visit that office, rude people who don't know how to treat customers.
