I was greeted in seconds by Isaak, who I got the pleasure of working with, when I walked in the door. I only had to wait 5-10 minutes and I sat with Isaak to help me figure out why I could not get into WiFi with my very old phone. Isaak thought it was the modem inside the phone that was the problem. He lead me through the whole process of upgrading my old phone. He was very articulate, very good at explaining what he was doing and answering any questions I had. He was very conscientious about the whole process and very knowledgeable about technology. He was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Overall, it was a very good and rewarding experience and satisfying that I actually left with a new phone. Isaak even took the time to talk to my brother who is the account holder of my phone. Thank you Isaak for all the time you spent with me to get me set up on only my second I-phone ever.

What a breath of fresh air! My entire experience from start to finish in this store was entirely different to those that I had at other wireless carriers in town. CJ and everybody else on the team as well have impeccable customer service and they genuinely care about the people who come in their store. I am sincerely appreciative that they helped me as much as they did and I feel like I got a good value for my money. Five stars, truly. No question.

I never felt like I wasn't smart, too old, or embarrassed. I say give Kolton a raise...he knows good customer service and especially with Baby Boomers!
