Extremely non-responsive! I was contacted unsolicited to be offered a quote. After 3-4 days (a ridiculous amount of time) I followed up with them for the results. I agreed to go with the renters and was told they'd call me Monday to start so I can cancel my current policy. No one called

It's funny I can wait 3 days on a quote but I get a reply on a bad review in 1 hour. The priority obviously is not customer service but to save face.

Ms. Kenya Walker was excellent. My property management office was giving me such a hard time with my proof of property renters insurance. State Farm offered the best price out of all the car insurance companies that I received a quote from. Thank you State Farm for ending my car insurance search aka shopping . State Farm is the best in town compared to Country Financial, Nationwide, All State, GEICO, and Progressive. I can say that bc of the circumstance of how expensive car insurance can be if you don’t have a long driving record.
