I've been doing business with Virtu for many years now and they have been a wonderful company to do business with throughout all of that time. First of all, they bought our apartment building on a whim and didn’t do their research on the place. The management doesn’t do her job, and refuses to do what is right for the tenant. They are completely ignoring the Fair Housing Act and the HUD laws. We turned toward the owners, Virtu Investment, to file complaints. They refuse to help us, and are believing lies that are being told by the management. Management has been making our lives hell by spreading lies about us, our cars have been keyed and broken into, and continually vandalized. She has falsely accuse us of They have basically said we don’t care about you guys, get out, but we don’t care about what happens to you. The sad thing is, we both deal with mental issues, and one of us is starting to end up in a wheelchair and they are throwing us out on the streets. One of us can’t work because of health issues, and one of us isn’t making enough money and am also a full time student. These people have completely shut us down and proved to us that money is more important than the tenants who help bring them money. We are tired of being bullied and ignored by them!!!!
