After my mom’s fall, and emergency room visit, she insisted on getting her broken eyeglasses replaced. Even though I was exhausted I drove her to Visionworks to start the process. We entered and she took a seat as I waited in line with the broken spec. The assistant said “ I remember you “ and quickly got up and found the exact frames, even though I had already looked over the entire selection. She promptly switched the lenses out, gave mom a discount and we were on our way in about 15 minutes from entering. What a friendly and helpful person. My 94 yo mom is happy and now able to read her daily paper.

My husband and I went it right before Christmas to get him new glasses and an eye exam! Ms. Vanessa and Ms. Nia were so amazing, helpful, and the kindest people! They also saved us $1000! Thank you ladies! We will be back!

i had appointment at 1:40 i got after 5 minutes they told me we have to reschedule becuse doctor is eating lunch and can’t accept me !!!! told them i drove from far ! that was so rude and they don’t know how to run business, and i went to springfield mall they was so nice and respectful, i recommend to go to springfield mall instead of this place because they not respectful .

I like a certain style of glasses that are not normally available at all glass frame stores. Vision Works has had my preferences at an affordable price as well as all the extras I want with my lenses

Great all around experience! Dr. Mebrahtu was very helpful and thorough. The front desk staff had my insurance information ready to go before I walked in, and Ashley was incredibly helpful when I needed to pick out glasses! She made what can be an overwhelming process easy, and I actually feel like I found some frames that work well for me!
