Five stars, hands down. Joel and the team at Wave Lending were fantastic throughout our first experience buying a home. Joel didn't mind running the numbers with me over the phone (multiple times) until we found a scenario that fit our budget. The staff were fantastic at getting any missing materials from our application together, and we were ultimately ready to close about a week sooner than expected. Even when the selling agent failed to disclose some important details, Joel was willing to go to bat for us and helped us identify a reasonable concession.
