I won't recommend Elena to anyone. Terrible attitude towards customers. I was her client for almost 2 years. Her main task is to sell you insurance and then she won't even pick up the phone. Rudeness and discrimination are their norm.

They are professional, on time with appointments. Taxes done in about 30min. Prices have gone up but ranges between $70-$100 for service. I was over charged this year. They say they have the right to charge extra for services but I didn’t have any. Last year I paid $60 this year I was charged $100, When posted new price was $70 with 4 W2, we had 3. I didn’t ask because what goes around comes around.

There is a Natalia Otrokh working with WCF Services who upright asks her clients about their nationality and rejects them if they are Russian. The discrimination and lack of professionalism as a public servant should not be tolerated by any company. Never coming back here again.
