I had a house left to me by my parents. They lived in the house for 60 years and it was packed full. I removed the things I wanted to save. I did clean some of the trash out but it was still a mess. Closing day came and it took me about twenty minutes to complete. I had a check in my hand right away.

They worked closely with me beforehand because some of the details on the title were complicated. We could have closed sooner but I needed more time to go through the house. We closed about one month after we signed the sales agreement but we could have closed within a few days like maybe three days. But I needed more time.

They took the house in the condition I left it in. Trash and all. I took out as much as I could but left a lot.

They were very nice and friendly throughout the whole process. Very helpful and really seemed to know what they were doing.

Should I find myself in a similar situation with a house I need to unload I would definitely sell it to them.

If you have a house you need to rid yourself of give them a call. You will be happy you did.
