My wife and I have been investing with Wellings Capital for over 3 years so far and couldn't be happier. We also invest in several other accredited investor opportunities and I assure you that Paul and the Wellings team are some of the best. There transparency on their investing approach, transactions, and deal flow are top notch. And their communication and updates are incredibly thorough. Payments have always been on time and accurate and if you call or email, you will absolutely get a call or message back from one of the team in short order. I just made my second investment into the Wellings RE Income Fund. I have dealt with Ben, Troy, Griffin and Emmerson and they are all top notch people. Paul's team does a great job on due diligence before recommending a company to be added to their funds.
