After one year they were not able to figure out that our mortgage was not with the original mortgage originator even though it’s common that mortgages are being sold off other financial institutions. We only found out after the corporate office informed us that the primium was due and not payed yet . That’s when the nightmare started ! We gave them all the contact information of our mortgage lender to get it squared away but nothing happens we were the once who had to do their job and call around so we don’t laps on insurance! Well 3 weeks later we are being called again and told that the premium was not paid yet but the bill was 100% send out to the mortgage company . Here we go again , instead of getting in contact with the mortgage company they called us so we do the work for them . After all the back and forth , comes out that they never send the bill to the new mortgage lender ! On top of that they are $150-300 more expensive than other companies with the same or even better coverage ! We will definitely switch and not work with them anymore !
