Wesley Kinard was a fantastic realtor. He worked exceptionally hard to make sure the purchase of our home in Aiken, SC went well and he answered any and all questions we had come up. Wesley Kinard was always available to help us sell our house in Aiken, SC, and explained clearly every step of the way. We’d not sold a house in over 30 years, and Wesley had the knowledge and great kindness to help us understand the process. He explained and re-explained with no impatience. What a great blessing he was! The first buyers bailed, and Wesley had our our house back on the market immediately and was a mediator every day.

The first thing I want to say is that Wes is a a phenomenal realtor. He goes above and beyond what any realtor in this field would do. Most of them just want to collect a check and have you do all the work. I haven’t seen a realtor that works like this since the 1980s. This guy is amazing at his job.. We are new to the area and he has driven as far as and hour to show us property. He’s not pushy and never tries to sell you something that your not looking for. If your looking to buy or sell you truly couldn’t find one more honest than him. . So if you want the best look no more because he is the best in South Carolina. Thank you so much for your hard work. Wesley was Awesome, he helped me get the house sold fast. This was a tenant occupied house and Wesley did all the communications for me. He helped me get a lot more than I ever imagined I could get for this home. Also Wesley was always on time and was easy to reach, he took me through every step and treated me just like family
