Great. The install was done quickly. He set it up and placed it just how we asked him to do it. The service has been great. Speeds are what they claim or faster. We have no cell signal at our place and this makes it possible to stay connected. Even when the power was off 8 days the fiber was on and rock solid when we fired up the generator.

West Carolina fiber optic installers can destroy a person's yard quickly. 2 weeks ago they dug a hole in my yard and splashed 35 feet of mud across the lawn. Left it 2 weeks to dry like concrete and came back and tossed grass seed and then hay. The only problem was the dirt restoration wasn't completed accurate. The dirt was sticking up 9 inches on top of my grass and they tossed grass seed around by hand and then hay. I'm sure grass will grow back like this! The funny part is I fixed it myself Saturday by using a rack and tools to level the dirt myself. Relayed the seed into the dirt then relayed the hay.

I used to say that AMEX was the gold standard for customer service, but no more. WCTEL sets the standard for consistently excellent service. Tom Trull was my service rep this morning and he was tremendously efficient and impressive. WCTEL should teach courses on best practices for customer care/loyalty. You guys are the best of the best. Great customer service, service has been with little to no interruption since we started with it just at a year ago. When everyone else is without internet we still have it. After hurricane Helene when most had no internet service we never lost connection . If this service is available in your area don’t hesitate to sign up.

This is a fantastic Internet service. During our recent 9 day power outage due to hurricane Helene, as soon as we connected power from our generator to the router, we immediately had Internet service and WiFi restored.
