This is the worst Insurance agency you could ever attempt to work with. They do not do what they say they will do from a clerical standpoint. They do not reach out to you (their customer) when any issues arise, they wait and make you reach out to them causing Audits, lapse in coverage and so on. If I didn't already run two companies, I would open an Insurance Agency right beside them and go back to the basics...CUSTOMER SERVICE.
