I had a great experience at West Springfield Dental Arts! Dr. Neil Charaipotra is truly awesome. He went out of his way to fit me in for a much-needed deep cleaning, and during the visit, he also discovered a chipped tooth that required a root canal. He made sure I was scheduled quickly before the issue got worse.

What really stood out to me was how thoughtful Dr. Charaipotra was in recommending the most cost-effective treatment plan. Too many dentists try to upsell unnecessary procedures, but here, I genuinely felt they were looking out for my health and my wallet. The entire team took excellent care of me and made sure I could be seen sooner rather than later when they knew I was dealing with a dental issue.

Dr Smiley is an outstanding dentist. She provides clear and easy to understand explanations of any issues she observes and whether further work is recommended.. The administrative are friendly and very helpful. The hygienists are thorough and explain if any personal dental care can be improved. The dental assistants are also great.
