Dr. E and his staff are amazing! I came in for an Invisalign consultation and cleaning and the quality and attention to detail is superb. Now and days it can be difficult to find a good dentist, but Dr. E took his time to listen and explain the treatment thoroughly. If you are thinking about Invisalign or any dental treatment in general this is your place to go.

Dr. E is an incredible dentist! He did an amazing job with my crown and was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. His office is always spotless and his staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. He always ensures that he explains everything in detail and takes the time to answer all of my questions. He is extremely gentle and takes great care to make sure that I'm not feeling any pain. He is always professional and has a great work ethic. I would highly recommend Dr. E and give him five stars! He is the best dentist!

This was my second dental cleaning appt at West Springfield Smiles. I really love the staff & Dentist!! They are all kind, friendly, courteous & communicate well. The Dentist is gentle & kind. He explains in detail anything going on with your teeth/mouth. He has a gentle cute sense of humor 😄 The office is very clean & nicely decorated.

Absolutely amazing dentist and assistants and front desk. Dr. Aly is very attentive and thorough, I felt like I had nothing to worry about. I had to go back three separate times for fillings and a mouth guard fitting and every time it was a smooth and comfortable visit. The front desk is very friendly and very good about contacting you and the text messages giving you reminders is super helpful for someone like me who is very forgetful. Thank you guys, you rock!

Dr E and his staff are great! He keeps you informed of exactly what he is doing and why, which minimizes any anxiety one might feel. His assistant is top notch and the front office is on top of everything. I knew exactly what my insurance was going to cover and she even found a few discounts. Really happy with West Springfield Smiles. Dr. E and his staff are super.
