Avoid teller Miranda at all costs. Very rude but either way she takes long in just one customer on purpose. Second teller Veronica takes frequent breaks. She is known for this. She will take a break early in the morning then worst possible time when the line is huge. She will observe the line then help her customer she is with them logout.Today Charlie was wondering why she was not at her booth. It was 945 am . She was on her break when there was a huge line and I literally saw customers in front of me walkout. The new employee rotation is sad as well. Seems like you see a new face every three months being hired and they aren't trained enough to know what they are doing. Very slow to make a simple deposit.

Not a good experience today. Went today and had to deal with Miranda. She looked clueless like she didn't know what we were talking about. Please hire someone better not just for me, but for anyone else who has issues with her.

I've been a client toWestamerica for quite some time now and learned a lot from when to go and what is needed at the bank. Yes I agree with a lot of you that there are times that the lines are long and tellers are limited. So for me I try to keep it at the ATM as far as cash goes. When it comes to getting your balance or monthly statement its best to go on line if you have the app or some other access like laptop/home computer. On weekends it can drastically be overwhelming. Especially at first moments opening (also on some days during the week m-f) if your time grants it try going in at 10-1130am in this way you miss that a.m. traffic m-f. And possibly slightly earlier on Saturdays like930-1030am it doesn't always work that way on Saturdays. Its more of a hit or miss kind of day due to the limited hours. Pick and choose your hrs as you see fit but it works for me.

The tellers are friendly, competent poeple (in Livingston ) but the parent Westamerica Bank needs to either close or get a serious overhaul companywide as far as their hours(Stay open till 5 like most other California banks! )… and number of tellers especially on Mondays n Fridays! Customer line literally doubles back on itself! The other fact that the company has to outsource their online help to another bank is crazy, making any transactions unnecessarily complicated!

Honestly not a bad place, everytime I've gone by people seemed to get in and out quickly and the tellers are super nice. Only problem I have it the amount u need to start a checking/savings account but isn't to bad tbh

Bad employees that don't wanna do their JOB. My mom had issues with her account and they shooed her away and told her they were “too busy”. They need to fix their attitude.
