We’ve had a great experience so far with Western Gold! Manny has been extremely responsive and quick to answer any questions we might have about our new policy. It’s not an easy time to get new home insurance in Los Angeles, but Manny has made the process so seamless and we feel very confident in his ability to help with any request that may arise moving forward!

When my previous insurance company decided to leave California, It was so difficult to find someone responding to my request for a quote in a while! Luckily after I talked to Heather Ayers of Western Gold Insurance who was referred by one of my friends, she quickly responded with a quote of reasonable price and acceptable terms. It's a huge relief at such a stressful time! Not only the agent, the company's front desk also responded to my requests timely and effectively. I highly recommend Western Gold Insurance Agency!

Customer service has become lackluster here unfortunately.
I have used the agency for several years and never had issues like I have recently. I sent a cancellation request to Maria F. from Western Gold and she has been non-responsive for over a week and a half since, while I am left in the dark and paying for two policies. If you want responsiveness and customer service, unfortunately this does not appear to be the place to find it.

Western Gold has offered very little in terms of helping us with the non renewal we just received from Mercury. We have been with Western Gold since they took over after our long time agent retired and unfortunately they have not provided great service.

I was referred to Western Gold Insurance agency by a colleague. I wish I had been referred earlier. My agent, Manuel Garcia, has been a blessing. Manual was recommended to me by a friend with whom he worked with. My insurance premiums increased significantly this year so it was time to shop around. Manual suggested going with a combined California FAIR plan for fire insurance and a "Difference in Conditions" plan to cover everything else. Going this route pretty much halved what I would have otherwise paid. Recommended.

Don’t normally post reviews, BUT Brenda has been doing an OUTSTANDING job for us over the last few years! I was raised by an insurance broker and understand insurance more than the average Joe. Brenda has consumer service skills that are hard to find anymore. She is punctual, responsive and courteous. On top of this she is friendly. You can’t go wrong with Brenda!
