I shopped around to find a lower rate then what I was paying for auto insurance at American Family. Kevin at Western reached out to me and quickly took my details and needs for insurance. He came back with a great lower rate with increased coverage for my Audi. He is saving me about $500 a year with increased coverage over my previous carrier. I went to their office and quickly signed paperwork and that was it. Quick, easy with no fuss. Perfect for me. Kevin even gave me a tour of their new office as well.
