Over the past 10 years I have purchased a lot of equipment and books from Western Sporting involving at least 15 shipments. I am quite satisfied with all of my transactions and the equipment I received. I have been to the store and warehouse and it is well organized and for a falconer to get to shop in a store is a real treat. Yes, some impulse buying occurred. Its my go-to supplier when I need falconry gear. Highly recommended.

I received most of my order, but was missing my net for my dho gazza frame. They only sent me a frame. I have called 4 times without a callback or response to my emails.

UPDATE: I received my order, and once the communication problem was worked out I was pleased with my order.

I bought online on April 14, I paid for a 2-day shipment with Fedex. On the 16th they sent me an email to inform me that they did not have stock of an item that I bought, when my order should already be arriving on the 16th?

I would not recommend buying from this place, because the product they supposedly don't have is still available on their website!! They never took it down
