The Land Use Permit Office is a small office space with very few staff so, I expected to wait longer for assistance. I was pleasantly surprised with the immediate assistance from Darren and Kelly and their knowledge of the permit process to build a new home. Both were patient, friendly and very informative no matter when I called or appeared in person.
