I've ordered flowers twice now, and they've turned out amazing both times. Online ordering is quick and easy, and the flowers come exactly as they do in the pictures. Delivery is convenient and flexible with timing, and I dont have to worry about dropping the flowers or spilling the water. I'll be using Westside flowers for any occasion I'll need flowers for in the future!

One star is generous.... I placed my order online - a BALLOON bouquet... At the end of the order there was a $24.99 PROCESSING FEE!!!!! Strike one. Delivery was set for the following day. At 11:30 AM, the DAY OF DELIVERY I get an email saying they couldn't fulfill my order because of the "current seasonality and limited availability of specific blooms" - so I called to get clarification (the 800 number, not even the store!), at which time they told me they had ONE mylar balloon. Strike 2. "We'd like to offer you a flower bouquet with our one mylar balloon" - Strike 3, yeah no. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
