This has to be the worse insurance company in the CSRA. He hires pretty young woman & then doesn’t train them properly. I’m pretty sure a lot of the reviews are from previous employees. Every time you go in, always a new face because the last employee quit or got fired. They messed my policies up so bad, that I am now with a new insurance company & paying more for the proper policy. Do Not Recommend!!!!!!!

Poor communication is an understatement.I have had this insurance company for 20 years. Never had to file a claim and thank goodness for that. It would take FOREVER for someone to contact you. Just need to update information and no one will return calls. It may be time to move on from this company.
