We switched to Allstate because they were able to give us a better policy - for less. Since then we have been happy with our decision. Andrew Webster, who helped us finalize our new home insurance policy, coverage for three autos and an umbrella policy, is very responsive and knowledgeable. He really worked to ensure we had the right coverage and even called out where we were over insured by our prior insurance company, when he could have done the same with our new policy. Honesty and customer orientation is very important to us and we get that and more with Andrew. We currently have an outstanding claim with our homeowners policy and the process has been seamless so far. I would recommend Allstate to others.

I was shopping for auto insurance and contacted William Merz by mistake. Well it turned out not to be. He was very professional. William reviewed my current policy and advised me that I didn't have the right amount of insurance for the type of vehicles that were on the policy. He went over different coverage's that would be best for me. I wanted to take some time to think about switching and asked him to call me back, which but of course he did. I purchased the policy, thereafter I experienced an issue where I had to call him back several times, he had to call me too and each time he was extremely professional, pleasant, with a friendly demeanor.
