We've been clients of Williamsburg Insurance for many years and have always been satisfied with the professional service we have received. This year we stopped in to see if we could get better rates. Janet looked over our current policies and told us she would check out a few other insurance companies and set a follow-up appointment. She found a company that had the same coverage with substantial savings. We really feel that the Williamsburg Insurance Agency has staff that are knowledgeable, professional, and have their customers' best interest at heart...and on top of this, Marlon is an excellent greeter!

I would like to highly recommend Williamsburg Insurance company and to ask for Dorie Hare. By far the BEST experience I have with an insurance company. Dorie’s knowledge of the products was phenomenal and her customer service was out of this world. I felt at easy knowing that if I need anything they are just a phone call away. The entire team at Williamsburg Insurance Associates is PHENOMENAL! Joe Stopski and the rest of the folks there have been attentive, responsive, and professional, taking the time to listen to our needs as a company, and making suggestions that have saved us hundreds of dollars, plus suggesting policies such as an Umbrella policy. Last month I had to file an insurance claim for jewelry that was lost. Dorie Hare was great!! The insurance company wanted to deny my claim; even though my declarations page stated that the were covered items. She went up and above by contacting the insurance company and advocating on my behalf during a difficult time for me. I've used Williamsburg Insurance for the last 2 years as my agent. Professional staff, always shopping the best prices, and advises me on what insurance is beneficial. The best agents I've ever worked with!!
