Wilson’s Real Estate’s ability to emphasize with their tenants yet maintain a level of safety at their properties is unlike any other I’ve worked with. Wilson’s Real Estate also works closely with YHA & accepts section 8 vouchers. Portfolio and their aid in maintaining affordable property insurance is awesome too. My 5 year goal is to become a 1st time homeowner and that vision became possible after my interactions with Paul.

Admittedly, Wilson Real Estate management is not the easiest to get in touch with, nor are they the most organized. However, their maintenance team is the most respectful crew I have ever encountered. They go above and beyond to be extremely respectful of your home, at least in my experience. I am blown away by the quality and consideration of their work! The office staff are also pretty easygoing to deal with once you do reach them, and at least they don’t have nasty attitudes!
