I travel to Georgia often for work and today I needed to withdrawal monies from my account. Soo I’m here because the bank teller was very rude, her attitude was as if she do not want to service me. She kept urging me to use the atm as it would be faster. She stated that she needed to send an email to a manager to get approval to withdraw $550 from my account. I stated I wanted to continue to withdrawal from her and cash a check. She sent an initial email asking for approval for my out of state I’d and then had to send another email to another manager to get approve for the transaction. Which left me wondering why she didn’t ask for it all at once. She then stated she was going into the back to call another manager. Before she left I asked her name she stated her name is Brittany, after asking why I’m asking her that. (Like I can’t know who is looking at my account) Then when she came from the back she told me she is still waiting on an approval and asked if I wanted to speak to a branch manager I ask would it make this process go faster she stated she doesn’t know so I said of course I’d love to speak to one. I get on the phone and explain the situation to the manager he says she was waiting for him to do the approval but he’s busy at another bank he wasn’t able to respond fast. I was waiting almost 30 mins to withdrawal my monies Which was by far is the worst experience I’ve ever had at Woodforest. I just had to leave a review because this lady’s customer service was horrible. Usually the staff is really great and friendly.

The manager of the branch was so helpful. Literally opened my account within minutes before they closed and explained everything. Glad to be banking with them!
