Beware with the agent at the manteca office, Pedro, he lies about your down-payment, and never tells you about the extra fees, I had a policy with them and ask for an increase in coverage, he wasn't able to get me the coverage I wanted, this was a couple days after I purchased the policy, I got a quote from progressive for the coverage I wanted way cheaper than my liability policy I had with them, I asked him to cancel my policy and asked for the broker fee back since he wasn't able to get the coverage I wanted, and he gave me the run around and at the end he told that they don't give back the brokers fee.
