Xanterra Garage Helped me with a low tire that had a screw in it. It seemed at first they wouldn't be able to repair it, but they brought it back and took a look at it anyways. They fixed it quickly and made my life a lot easier. If you find yourself in need of repairs you can know you will get good people helping you. I would recommend this location.

We had low air pressure on one of the tires and was getting worried given that there aren’t much auto shops in the area until we found this shop. We walked in at opening hour and a friendly man who took no more than a minute to come from the garage to the counter, had helped us. After briefly explaining our situation, he walked to our car with us to check the tire. He then quickly gave us choices on how to go about, and then fixed the problem within 5 - 10 minutes. We were very happy with the service!

Victor was one of the nicest mechanics I’ve ever ever had. My car is very difficult to find parts for and he not only stood by and helped me find the part three hours away, but he also went to pick it up an hour away in Flagstaff. I cannot say thank you enough. I was in the middle of nowhere without any idea what to do to. They got me on the road again only because they care.

Saved our butts! We were camping in one of the nearby campgrounds back in July. Our truck had an issue with it's fuel pressure, the mechanic along with my husband spent hours trying to figure out why. Once they narrowed it down and when all other options were extinguished to get to a parts store, one of them gave my husband a ride to Williams to get the part he needed. We were incredibly lucky they were so close and we're very greatful!

My partner and I were given a hire car with a slow puncture, and we were stranded in the Grand Canyon. Hertz did not let us know that the car had no spare tire, and told us our only option was to get towed to an airport hundreds of miles away, with us following in a taxi (which would cost $$$ and was in the opposite direction of where we needed to be). This garage patched up our tire in half an hour and allowed us to get the rental car back. It was a very stressful situation and they were very helpful and quick to help so we were very grateful!
