I don’t think I’ve ever meet Yasue Maeda even tho I’ve been with All State for a few yrs, but Liz is absolutely great. She always nice, great attitude , question I have answer she has. Kudos to you Liz. <3 Regarding car incidents, I’ve had two and All State resolves quick. Even the people up above when you have an open case you can communicate through phone or app and there also ver calmed and nice. ( Amazing ) Prices are fair in my opinion. I do recommend Yasue Maeda and Liz of course. Ty

Always available to help navigate through difficult situations . She was Kind helpful and professional . With 3 young drivers we have has a few bumps and she has been very helpful each time. Her assistants are also fantastic. Love the customer service.
