I just wanna take a moment to say that I have been making payments for quite a few years now and my debt is finally paid off. I have been dealing with Mrs. Brown for the duration of my debt and she is one of the kindest, most caring, understanding, empathetic, compassionate person. So I just wanna thank her personally.

The most unreasonable collection agency ever. My debt will fall off in 6 months. They can only collect within 6 years or it just disappears. I wouldn't recommend paying your debts to this collection agency. They won't work out a deal with you and they won't fix thier own Discrepancies/mistakes on your credit score. They are very rude over the phone. Very stubborn. Don't pay them wait it out.

This place is cut-throat. If you have writing skills report them to the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB), the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Attorney General. It's time-consuming but worth it. YCCS will mess your life up and are shady with their business tactics. They pull all the dirty tricks in the books to increase debt interest rates. I recommend to do your research and hold this unethical/dishonest collection agency accountable. Dispute your debt in writing with them and they by law have to respond. Ask for debt validation in writing as soon as they contact you. It's always better to respond to them immediately, keep your dialogue in writing, not over the phone; and know they by law have to respond to you immediately. Do your research!

These people will not work with you. I tried to settle 15 debts I had on my credit report because that's all there was through them. They started pulling up debts from 2012 and other debts I've never even heard of or knew about. I told them I'm only paying for the stuff on my credit report and I would like to get a settlement. The lady told me they won't do a settlement unless I pay for all these other unknown and old debts. They are even trying to get me to pay a debt that was already paid. They won't settle because the want you to make payments so they can keep that interest rate going on you. These people are no better then common criminals. Going to find a lawyer to deal with them on my debts.

I normally don't like to write reviews. I got a call and i got the rudest lady like it was not necessary for her to even be acting that way. Will be making my payments and hopefully i never have to deal with people like that again.

This place is ridiculous! Their motto is "fair but firm"!! I laugh at that! Their people are nothing but rude!!! I made my payments faithfully for several years on a large sum of money and they defaulted me without even a phone call to tell me that my "automatic payment' wasn't received on time!! A payment they received from my bank every month on time for 5+ years, and then what, I just decide to say "nah" I think I won't pay this month!! " They treated me like a dead beat that wasn't paying my bills!! In fact I inherited this account when I got married, and even then they just took it upon themselves to say, oh you got married, well This guy owes money, so it looks like you do too!! Ignorance! It made me put 1 star in order to post..but they get no stars from me

This place is terrible. I wish I had a different agency than this place. They keep garnishing my wages and when I call to try to make payment arrangements, they say I have to wait a month, because they have some court orders in processing and I can't start payment arrangements until the following month. Then when I call the next month, they say the same thing. Now they somehow , without my permission obtained my bank account information and took EVERYTHING out of my bank account. Leaving me with no money to pay my rent or buy groceries. I was never given a notice or any communication that they were going to take all of my money. How is this legal? I don't even live in Washington any more.

when I called this office the lady I spoke to was absolutely horrid. I tried to explain to her that I was on assistance from the state because I was disabled and waiting to get approved for SSI I wanted to set my payments at a reasonable amount so that I could obtain my driver's license back because one of my dad's that there trying to collect is for an unpaid ticket they're stopping me from obtaining my license she absolutely refused to set my payments anything under $200 a month and I tried to explain to her that the state only gave me a hundred and ninety-seven cash benefits a month so 200 wasn't even a realistic amount for me to pay and her response to that was well I don't know what to tell you I'm not a life coach never in my life have I had anyone who's supposed to be a professional employee of a company be so unrealistic condescending heartless and rude needless to say her debt collecting tactics didn't work because she was unreasonable as to set an amount that I could afford so here it is 3 years later and she still hasn't gotten a penny of it whereas if she would have agreed to a reasonable amount that I could afford to pay it probably would have been collected successfully at this point so maybe why ccs should retrain their employees I'm better communication tactics
