I'm experiencing a waiting game with them as well. It seriously took 3 weeks to receive my packet in the mail, then it took another 3 weeks because it wasn't filled out correctly. Now that I received it I have reached out several times to get instructions and I have not heard back. We both live around the roseville area I asked if I could drop by the office, but she declined. Meanwhile I have medical issues.

Its now close to 13 years case not been settled and in violation of labor law they denied part of injury and accepted part of injury after almost 11 years later. Law say they can only admit or deny injury in 90 days. They attorney of record dose not wants any documents served so do Yorks. York claims adjuster has blocked email to received court documents. York is involved in obstruction of justice by denying to bring witness and providing name to take deposition.

The worst cumstomer service I have ever had in my life. The Adjuster doesn't answer calls, emails, or voicemails. I have been dealing with them for the last two months to process a claim. They just make you wait and wait so that you get fed up and forget your claim.
