Absolutely unacceptable experience. I first contacted Zawada Insurance Agency on March 18, 2025 for a quote — no response. I followed up again on March 24, spoke to a pleasant woman who assured me my message would be passed along to an agent. It’s now April 12, and STILL nothing. Not a single call back. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can’t imagine how they handle actual clients. Total lack of professionalism, follow-through, and basic communication. Take your business elsewhere — there are plenty of agencies out there that actually want your business and know how to return a call.

Joe Tegtmeier was incredible at getting our bundled insurance policy. He was patient and knowledgeable in getting a quote. Gave me time to think it over and compare other quotes.
