By far one of the worst experiences with an insurance company. When trying to cancel my policies I was continuously lied to about what would be my final payment and then had to call and fight over the phone to reverse a late fee because one of the agents told me to wait for the cancellation to be processed. Was a client for about 6years and can’t believe the way I was
treated this past week after being with the company so long. Would not recommend.

What a great staff at Carmen Rodriguez’s office! As soon as i walked in i was greeted by the 2 employees at the front, Dylan and Ericka. I sat down with dylan before i met with Carmen and he made sure i was taken care of. He answered most of my questions before Carmen helped me. Carmen was so easy to talk to and work with and answered all of my questions and showed me in detail the plan for each of my insurance policies. As a new landlord and renting out my first house, i had a couple questions about that and Claudio was quick to help. He took me over to his side of the office and talked me through the process of renting a home. He gave me great advice and took away a lot of the stress i have been experiencing through this new process. Overall it was a great experience. I was recommended to come to this specific location through a family friend and even though it was out of the way, it was definitely worth it. I would recommend anyone looking for life insurance or any insurance to visit Carmen and Claudio!
