We came to Brad when had a bad experience with another lender, and it was a totally different experience. Him and his team were overly communicative, and as a first time home buyer, we had a TON of questions, which he was so quick and patient with us to answer. I first reached out to Tony at 7 pm. He was happy to take our unscheduled call and answer all my questions we had as a first time home buyer. On top of a great offer, Tony was professional, patient, acted fast and most importantly, NO SURPRISES. All fees were accounted for and from the very beginning, he provided clear expectations on what we could expect in terms of finances.
